Well if you would read EXPANSION that would tell you GW:EN

1 question about the rewards
what happens to everyone with GW:EN? Its odd that they are doing this for the game they released at 40$ half completed with no HM. and are now going to release it for 3 days with REWARDS?? Are the people who bought it when it came out going to get the same rewards? and are the rewards going to be able to be kept after the weekend?

I hope it is:

1.Zaishen Chest Revealed.
2.Double the drops from the Dungeon Chest.
3.Double the points for the asura/norn/charr/dwarven points.

I think it's gonna be:

[sarcasm]Double xp for every elite skill capped in gwen[/sarcasm]

This is just a guess but I suspect they will kill two birds with one stone and, for this one weekend, will let you turn in completed dungeon master guides and GWEN quest books for BMP reward weapons - that way they get advertising for both. We know it's not DaW, I can't imagine them designing brand new weapons just for a promotional weekend, especially just before the holidays, and I doubt that extra xp or even extra rep points would count as exceptional since they have done those in the past. Only thing I can think of they could do that would count as exceptional without a lot of extra work would be some kind of access to the BMP weapons - available in the zaishen chest also maybe.

I just hope it's not another minipet - got more than 20 of those already.

I doubt they would do that. Gaile has already said the BMP will not be given out for free, and the Weapons are half of the BMP.

Could be anything: More gold drops, more key drops, more Title points, a combination of different stuff...

I am guessing they are doing a Free Access for those who don't have GW:EN as an incentive for them to try it out and hopefully they will buy GW:EN after the weekend is over. For those who have GW:EN, most likely a double faction point weekend.

I hope there is more to it than this. Guess we will find out soon.

Here's my guess:

In response to the merger between Activision and Blizzard, EA and NCSoft announce their merger with the release of Madden Wars (tm). Starting this weekend, Guild Wars players will be able to compete in a new 11 v 11 format for the chance to play in the Deldrimor Bowl after New Year's.
